In the Zhuhai SASAC Law 117 billion assets transfer project, Li, as the host lawyer, organized 50 partners and lawyers from Beijing and Zhuhai to participate in the project work, orderly completing over 100 billion assets legal due diligence within 50 days, involving 101 enterprises. Strong project organization, high degree of project coordination and advanced tool use have greatly improved the work efficiency and service level of traditional lawyer service projects, and the work process and work results of the project have been highly recognized by the client government.
Li actively provides support for the growth of young lawyers. In the "Lunch Theme Salon" activity of the Youth Working Committee of Dacheng Beijing, she gave special lectures to young lawyers. In the “Supporting Hong Kong Mainland Legal Professional Internship Program 2023” organized by the International Youth Legal Exchange Association, Li acted as a mentor lawyer for Hong Kong interns. She supported the "Qingzhu Plan" for young lawyer development, establishing a 3+N training system covering professional quality, skills, and basics, plus key and international training programs, with over 1,000 participants.
