Delphine is a Senior Associate of ELLALAN, focusing on advising clients on transactional intellectual property, data protection and privacy, media and entertainment, Web3, and corporate commercial matters.

Delphine started her legal career as a trainee at ELLALAN and has developed a strong focus on IP commercialisation and transactional matters. In the past two years, she has assumed expanded responsibilities for a diverse portfolio of clients spanning fashion retail, publicly-listed companies, biotech and pharmaceutical, technology hardware, FinTech, AI solutions, and Web3 platforms. She serves as primary point of contact across IP, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, technology licensing and data privacy matters. Her strategic guidance on complex IP landscapes and assistance with Web3 matters, including token issuances, governance, and regulatory aspects, has been invaluable to clients. 

Delphine's in-depth knowledge of data protection and privacy laws enables her to provide comprehensive advice on compliance, direct marketing, data subject rights, breach incidents, and data processing and transfer. Her IP background also allows her to provide strategic advice in media and entertainment licensing, production, and distribution.

Before joining ELLALAN, Delphine had a distinguished career as a practising community Pharmacist in Melbourne, Australia, and Hong Kong. Her experience in managing pharmacies, pharmaceutical products trading, and regulatory works gives her a unique perspective and the ability to deliver insightful, business-oriented solutions to clients in the intellectual property, healthcare, and Web3 sectors.

Delphine is widely recognised for her pragmatic approach and ability to provide responsive, commercially sound advice to clients. She passed the 2024 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Legal Professional Examination and actively contributes to legal education through guest lectures at HKU SPACE, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Beijing Normal University (Zhuhai).
