Frank Fu is a partner of Eric Chow & Co. in association with Commerce and Finance Law Offices.
Frank has more than 10 years of experience in advising financial institutions and asset managers in the structuring and formation of various types of private equity funds, including blind pool, leveraged buyout, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate, and project funds. He is also experienced in the structuring and formation of hedge funds, credit funds and corporate funds, while having extensive experience in representing sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors on their investments into various types of private funds. 

Prior to joining Tongshang Hong Kong, Frank was a senior lawyer at Shearman & Sterling, where he acted for major fund sponsors, sovereign wealth funds as well as institutional investors.
Frank is dual-qualified in Hong Kong and Massachusetts, U.S.A.
