Yuki Yan advised on Hong Kong’s first tokenised repackaging notes issuance arranged by a hong kong -based financial insitution - Cinda International Asset Management Limited, and worked on  major finance matters including the USD1.13 billion green loan to the ESR Group and Chinachem Group to develop and operate a prime cold storage and logistics facility in Kwai Chung.
