Jessica Kwok is a partner in the Private Client team in Zhong Lun Law Firm LLP.  She regularly advises clients on a wide range of issues relating to trusts, succession planning, wills and estate planning as well as probate and estate administration.  In addition to her work in the private client industry, she also has extensive experience in corporate commercial matters, including handling a variety of corporate restructuring matters, due diligence, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and other complex cross-border transactions.

Jessica is also a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and serves as a member of the Wills and Estates Sub-Committee and the vice chairperson of the Next Gen Sub-Committee of STEP Hong Kong (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Hong Kong) Limited).  Specifically, she contributes to the Next Gen Sub-Committee with the aim of fostering engagement, provide guidance and create opportunities for young STEP members and practitioners within and beyond the private wealth community. 

In addition to her involvement in STEP, Jessica is committed to philanthropy and social responsibility. She has been a member of the sub-committee of a leading non-profit sports club in Hong Kong which has a mission to facilitate the development of sporting activities in the local community in Hong Kong. 
Jessica was also awarded “Wealth Management Rising Star Under 40- South East Asia” by WealthBriefingAsia Awards and was recognized as “Recommended Lawyer” in Private Client and Family by Legal 500 Asia Pacific Guide. These accolades highlight her commitment to and contributions to the private wealth industry within Hong Kong and in Asia, as well as the services she provides to clients.
