In the Asset Securitization/REITs sector, Mr. Luo has provided legal services for nearly a hundred projects, comprehensively covering the full spectrum of products including REITs, CMBS/CMBN, and ABS/ABN (including ABCP). This impressive portfolio includes several groundbreaking “nationwide first” projects, some of which have garnered prestigious industry awards.

Within Funds & Investment, Mr. Luo has represented numerous national funds, government investment funds, and other investment institutions, offering legal counsel on fund establishment and investment projects. He has also assisted several entities in obtaining their Private Fund Manager qualifications.
