With more than 14 years of professional experience, Mr. Shi has established a distinguished practice in cross-border legal services covering China, Asia, and other major international jurisdictions, with a strong focus on China-Korea transactions. He is an experienced partner in the field of M&A, foreign direct investment, antitrust, and corporate compliance and has provided comprehensive legal services to leading international corporations—covering semiconductor, TMT, logistics, finance, real estate, cosmetics, and healthcare industries.  

Over the past year, Mr. Shi has led multiple cross-border acquisitions and investment projects and advised on a wide range of China-Korea matters, including market entry, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and internal restructuring. He has helped many Chinese companies/brands expand into Korea. In addition, he has also supported clients in compliance matters across multiple Asian and European jurisdictions such as Singapore, Malaysia, Germany and Russia, and served as legal counsel to multinational companies on their daily operations.

Committed to growth, he is a Ph.D. candidate in law at Korea University, participates in regional forums and contributes to publications and research that advance comparative understanding of Asian legal systems.
