Xie Yeman’s recent track record blends honors, volume and precedent-setting advocacy. She was consecutively listed in Chambers’ Corporate/Commercial: Guangdong: Non-Contentious category in 2025 and 2024, and was recognized as an “Outstanding Young Lawyer” by the Shenzhen Lawyers Association (2023). In 2024, she received the LegalOne “Stellar Accolade” . and was also recognized among the LegalOne Greater Bay Area Special Awards - Top 15 Outstanding Female Lawyers, as  well  as listed among GCProfiles' Top 20 Compliance Experts (2025). Her compliance-management system certification consulting project for Shum Yip Group Limited was selected as one of Futian District’s “2023 Excellent Business Transaction Legal Service Cases” and also received LegalOne’s “Merits” rating as an exemplary case in 2024.

Quantitatively, in 2024 Ms. Xie handled 77 projects and generated up to CNY 7 million in revenue—an increase of 40% year-on-year—while adding nearly 50 new clients (5–10 annually), primarily listed companies and industry leaders.

In the field  of compliance, Ms. Xie has led major compliance management system development and certification projects for large state-owned and central enterprises such as Shum Yip Group, PetroChina Shenzhen New Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Jushi Group Co.,Ltd. She has also advised leading private enterprises including EVE Energy Co.,Ltd., Wenzhou Guansheng Automotive Parts Group Co., Ltd., and Zhenshi Holding Group Co.,Ltd. on compliance system establishment and certification. In addition, Ms. Xie has conducted in-depth research and analysis in the ESG compliance field, undertaking an ESG compliance project for BEIJING TONG REN TANG CHINESE MEDICINE COMPANY LIMITED. Through her extensive experience with large-scale compliance projects, she has developed distinctive insights and methodologies in the compliance field, and her work has been highly commended by clients.

In a high-stakes second-instance case representing Shenzhen Hesheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Ms. Xie successfully overturned the first-instance ruling that had previously found the client in material breach in a dispute with a joint-stock company and ordered contract termination plus CNY 50 million in penalty damages. The total project value was CNY 3.6 billion. Ms. Xie's team conducted a comprehensive legal analysis on whether the conditions for contract termination had been met and whether an actual breach existed, while integrating an understanding of urban renewal procedures, the client's actual investment and performance capacity, and other practical factors. Their arguments persuaded the appellate court to revoke the original judgment, dismiss the claim for penalty damages, and preserve the client's qualification to continue participating in the urban renewal project.

Looking ahead, Ms. Xie plans to deepen her traditional commercial litigation practice while further expanding her service capabilities in compliance and ESG-related areas, including compliance management system development and certification, ESG compliance, and data compliance. She intends to focus particularly on emerging markets and high-entry-barrier projects, especially compliance services for listed companies, overseas expansion of private enterprises, and state-owned enterprise compliance.

According to multiple corporate legal directors, Ms. Xie is "professional and meticulous, highly responsive, and provides pragmatic and systematic solutions that balance legality and compliance."
