Wilson Lam

Greetings all, my name is Wilson, and I am a Year 2 LLB student studying at HKU. I am a passionate reader, mostly of the classics, and a fervent rugby enjoyer.

As one of the youngest Ambassadors this year, I shall say that my expertise in law is beyond shallow, even at the student level. Yet, it is this empty potential that has allowed me to learn volumes, from my fellow Ambassadors, program directors, and LexisNexis itself.

This, to me, is the essence of the profession, to embrace continuous scholarship, where a lawyer consistently absorbs information from clients and continues to refine techniques through extra learning. Only then can one stay competitive and adapt to the constant changes in an evolving field. 

Through this ambassadorship, I have come a step closer to becoming such a person, by learning about effective legal research, product management, and how to be a good lawyer.
