LexisNexis®
Innovation Forum
A space to share your ideas
The LexisNexis® Innovation Forum has been created as a collaborative space for LexisNexis New Zealand employees, where they can share their vision and ideas on the future and growth of the business and be recognized for their creative efforts.
Diversity has been proven to be the key to successful innovation. We believe everyone at LNNZ can bring a fresh perspective to the table. Anyone can submit an idea, at any time. The ideas are reviewed by a dedicated team and the ones with the most potential will be given the opportunity to be developed into actual projects.
What is it?
For an idea to be innovative, it must also be useful. Creative ideas don't always lead to innovations because they don't necessarily produce viable solutions to problems or address challenges or opportunities.
Simply put: Share an idea about anything - product, service, business model, or strategy that's both novel and useful. Innovations don't have to be major breakthroughs in technology or new business models; they can be as simple as upgrades to a company's customer service or features added to an existing product or processes.
Eligibility Requirements and Qualifiers
- A proposed project should be something unique or new and not part of any standard BAU work performed by the team or other groups.
- The team member/s submitting the idea should be willing to take part in spearheading the project or be part of the core team to lead, develop and implement the idea.
- The top 3 ideas with the most potential for positive business impact will qualify, and the ideator will have the opportunity to put their idea into action if selected.
