The New Zealand Employment Law Reports is a specialist law report series that focuses on employment law. It includes cases that relate to the common law rights and obligations of employees and employers; classification of employment relationships; freedom of association, the negotiation and operation of individual employment agreements and collective agreements, industrial action, personal grievances, and wages; the role of the employment institutions; human rights law covering discrimination and harassment in the workplace; health and safety law; and work-related accident compensation issues. The publication covers important decisions from the Employment Court and other relevant decisions from senior courts in New Zealand, with coverage beginning in 1998.
