This is taking the form of a research project, webinar and a series of workshops on AI and the legal profession.
LexisNexis brings our global research insights and their experience as a leading law technology provider to the programme.
AI and the Legal Profession research survey
In March-April 2025 the Law Society, in partnership with LexisNexis, conducted a survey of law practitioners to get a snapshot of how AI is being perceived and used by lawyers in New Zealand.
This was the first survey of its kind to look solely at New Zealand practitioners.
The survey was anonymous. Respondents were representative of lawyers from across the profession in New Zealand.
