In 2022, after spending several years at leading boutique litigation firm Messrs Sreenevasan, Wei Jiet founded his own law firm. In a short period of time, he has gained the trust of a wide range of international & local clients, and the firm has grown much financially & reputationally. 

In the last year, Wei Jiet has acted as counsel for Malaysian Youth & Sports Minister Hannah Yeoh in a widely-publicised defamation case against the former Malaysian Inspector-General of Police.
