Wilson Ho is an experienced lawyer specializing in complex disputes related to construction, corporate and insolvency matters.  

He is a Partner at Ho Partnership, a law firm he co-founded in 2017.  

Wilson has received widespread praise from clients and opponents alike, with one client noting “Wilson often offers very convincing and practical solutions that have contributed to our company’s multiple successes in Court” and another remarking, “Wilson is very professional and has strong advocacy skills. Was successful in case where total claim in dispute was above RM100 million." 

Wilson is empanelled as an Arbitrator with various major arbitral institutions in the region, including the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb), Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) and Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM). He also serves as an Adjudicator and Mediator with the AIAC and AIADR and regularly conducts adjudication proceedings under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA 2012), both as Counsel and Adjudicator. 

Beyond his legal practice, Wilson is a regular panelist, having recently spoken at notable events such as the Construction Claims and ADR Conference Marathon 2024, Borneo ADR Week 2024 and the Construction Claims & CIPAA Conference Malaysia 2023, significantly raising his firm’s profile and enhancing its presence in the construction and legal industry. 

Outside of law, Wilson is committed to supporting underprivileged students through his involvement and participation in events hosted by the Lighthouse Club Kuala Lumpur, aligning with the Club’s mission to foster fellowship among construction industry professionals and provide financial assistance to those in need.
