Despite being called to the Singapore Bar not too long ago, Siew Choo has led and won many complex, high-stakes dispute cases well beyond her years of practice.  Siew Choo plays an instrumental role in her firm’s dispute resolution team. Her exceptional client service has established Solitaire LLP as a trusted advisor, earning recognition from the firm’s clients. Solitaire LLP was also recently recognized by The Straits Times as one of Singapore’s best law firms. 

Siew Choo’s expertise is in the realm of commercial disputes involving shareholders. She also maintains an active interest in criminal advocacy and insolvency. As part of a high-performing team, she played a pivotal role in numerous significant cases – including successfully leading and defending multiple injunctive applications, securing decisive victories for her clients. Notably, she vividly took the lead in the conduct of a jurisdictional challenge for a Singapore-incorporated client against a US-incorporated counterparty. 

Her performance has been exceptional; exceeding billing and hours target, securing new mandates and retaining clients in high-value disputes and advisory work. 

Besides legal work, Siew Choo is very active in serving the local Singapore community and contributes pro bono hours as the honourary legal advisor to the Wheelchair Rugby Association Singapore. She also serves on the Ethics Committee of the Football Association of Singapore.
