TJ Viljoen Chief Executive Officer, Asia Pacific
TJ is responsible for formulating and executing the strategy to ensure the continuous growth of LexisNexis Asia Pacific and to provide direction and leadership towards the successful implementation of the company’s strategy, annual goals and objectives.
Prior to relocating to Australia in 2009, TJ held an executive position with LexisNexis South Africa for 15 years, responsible for business development and strategy. His responsibilities ranged from strategic planning in core markets and Africa, to the tactical execution to ensure continued sustainable growth through the introduction of new products and services. He also held an executive responsibility for all Research, Compliance, Training and Seminars Solutions.
TJ Viljoen is admitted as attorney of the Supreme Court of South Africa. He holds Baccalaureus Procurationes (B.Proc), University of Johannesburg, Baccalaureus Legum (LL.B), University of Johannesburg, Magister Legum (LL.M), Cum Laude, University of Johannesburg and Higher Diploma Tax Law, University of Johannesburg.
