CounselLink Provides Fannie Mae Cost-Effective Solution for Managing External Legal Spend, Matters and Law Firms
October 26, 2011 — NEW YORK – LexisNexis (www.lexisnexis.com), a leading provider of content and technology solutions, announced today it has reached a multi-year agreement to provide its CounselLink? software to Fannie Mae, a government-sponsored enterprise (GSE) chartered by Congress with a mission to provide liquidity, stability and affordability to the U.S. housing and mortgage markets. LexisNexis® CounselLink® enables corporate law departments to more effectively and efficiently manage their legal spend and matters, while at the same time optimizing their outside counsel relationships.
