LexisNexis Named to Fast Company’s Inaugural Best Workplaces for Innovators List

August 5, 2019 — NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- LexisNexis® Legal & Professional, today announced it was named to Fast Company magazine’s inaugural Best Workplaces for Innovators list. The list recognizes 50 top organizations that have committed to empowering employees at all levels to improve processes, create new products or invent new ways of doing business. To compile the list, the magazine partnered with Accenture, which evaluated submissions for the role that innovation played in each company’s culture and operations. Winners were selected by an elite panel of Fast Company editors, renowned business leaders, and notable innovators.

As part of the submission process, LexisNexis showcased its innovative culture and environment via its award-winning NPS Explorer Program, which drives improvements in product innovation and design, user experiences and overall customer satisfaction; the launch of its ground-breaking Context on Lexis Advance case-law language analytics solution; and the work of its recently launched non-profit, the LexisNexis Rule of Law Foundation.

Other areas of LexisNexis innovation that secured its place on the Best Workplaces for Innovators list include:

  • Investments: Over the last several years, LexisNexis has invested in building a state-of-the art technology infrastructure. Additional investments include the acquisition of innovative legal technology companies like -- Lex Machina, Intelligize, Ravel Law -- and its recent joint venture with Knowable, to grow its existing product portfolio with industry-leading contract analytics.

The company is currently accepting applications for its fourth cohort of participants.
