The Customer Innovation Lab is a program and place in New York where professionals, LexisNexis technologists, and AI model partners work together on real-world challenges. In the Lab, professionals talk through their most urgent work challenges, and the LexisNexis team builds rapid prototypes in response. Select prototypes move into our products within weeks. It's a new way that LexisNexis builds products with customer insight, at the speed of AI.

The session starts with discussion of the customer's work. LexisNexis teams listen to how lawyers, corporate legal teams, knowledge-management professionals, and other professionals work: what slows them down, where quality matters most, what tasks are difficult to automate, and where existing tools fall short. Engineers and product teams can rapidly prototype potential responses, creating a live dialogue between customer insight and technical possibility.
