What does your typical day look like?

My normal day is a good mix of working with clients strategically, tactically, and in crisis. This coupled with all that comes from having an eight-year-old boy.

How did you come to join the InterAction+ team and how long have you been on the team?

Following several years of working in-house for law firms, an opportunity arose when I was relocating back to Australia from London with the InterAction team that was too good to refuse.

What trends are disrupting law firm’s workflow today?

I'm not sure AI is doing it fully yet – but it will. Resourcing firms appropriately for the future – I am not sure all firms have got their heads around that yet. Additionally, I would say there is one thing missing from law firms that I wish would disrupt, and reprioritize change management. When new workflows and subsequent technology are introduced, there is a much better chance of full adoption if the firm focuses on the why.

What is the best part of your job?

I love helping to raise the profile of CRM people within their firms so their worth is appreciated.

What sets InterAction+ apart from other legal technology solutions?

Two key elements that set InterAction+ apart from other legal tech options are 1) how it was genuinely built for the idiosyncrasies of law firms, supported by people who have worked in law firms, and 2) how the data integration provides key insights to in-house business development and marketing teams when they evaluate their firm's standing in client matters.

What techniques help you stay organized and productive?

My inbox is my to-do list, until I have squared something off, it doesn’t leave my inbox. A good meeting every couple of days with my Account Manager Adrian, also helps prioritise client needs and my day accordingly. I don’t always get it right (many late nights) but everything is a work in progress.

Time at the beach with my husband and son.
