Describe your role at InterAction+:
I help law firms implement effective CRM-related processes and configurations. This enables the firm to achieve its strategic goals and achieve high ROI.
What does your typical day look like?
My normal day consists of working with law firm personnel, in charge of firm business development and marketing objectives. I can translate their objectives into CRM-based configurations that deliver measurable results.
How did you come to join the InterAction+ team and how long have you been on the team?
I originally launched the Microsoft CRM solution outside of the Americas and competed against InterAction. I joined the InterAction team a little over 16 years ago.
What trends are disrupting law firm’s workflow today?
Trends I am tracking include the shift to cloud-based software and services, AI, and integration. This is an important culture change in the legal industry we need to manage together.
What is the best part of your job?
I love working with bright law firm personnel who appreciate the challenges that come with the job. These people are passionate about exceeding expectations, even if this is not easy do, and takes them out of their comfort zone.

What techniques help you stay organized and productive?
Honestly, I use InterAction+ to keep me updated on any changes or track my “Must Do’s”. The alert and reminder features keep me productive. Plus, I use my Microsoft® Outlook® calendar efficiently.

I spend my weekend time with my wife and daughter doing anything.
