As an exhibitor at the recent 2024 Legal Marketing Association (LMA) Annual Conference in San Diego, our participation soared to remarkable heights. From the moment we touched down at the venue to the final moments prior to departure, we were met with enthusiasm, curiosity, and genuine interest from attendees and representatives of LMA. That said, I wanted to share my point of view and shed some light on what I learned as a marketing coordinator attending LMA Annual for the first time.

With our "private jet" theme and live demos of our latest product, LexisNexis® InterAction+™, we captured the enthusiasm and genuine interest of attendees and LMA representatives alike. The InterAction+ team did a wonderful job buying into the theme of the booth which was a private jet setting “where legal innovation takes flight”. We had the opportunity to give demos to those who were interested in learning more about what InterAction+ has to offer. To see how InterAction+ looks in action, request a demo. 2024 LMA Annual Conference Highlights
One of the highlights of the trade show was the networking opportunities it provided. We were able to connect with industry leaders and strengthen existing relationships. As an exhibitor, being on the conference floor provided a unique opportunity to connect with industry professionals, potential clients, competitors, and partners. We all had the opportunity to engage at different booths, participate in thought-provoking conversations, and learn more about the similarities and differences that we had with our competitors. Amid this great dialogue that was taking place, LMA representatives did an excellent job of keeping the attendees aware of the conference agenda and when it was time to transition into a new space. As the LMA representatives walked through the conference floor ringing a bell, many of the attendees in the exhibitor hall migrated to highly anticipated educational sessions that took place periodically during the event.

Our standout educational session titled, “Over and Beyond AI Hype: 2024 Digital Maturity Trends that Drive Firm Growth” debuted on day two of the conference moderated by Elena Cutri, Global Director, Client Communications & Learning, InterAction+. During the session, experts discussed the information blitz of artificial intelligence (AI) and how it can overshadow the practical considerations that law firms must prioritize to achieve positive outcomes. While there was an immense amount of knowledge that could be taken away from the sessions that took place at LMA Annual. There was a staggering amount of beneficial information being shared on the conference floor. I could not attend the educational session in person, so I used that time to increase my knowledge about the intricacies of InterAction+. I also took the time to learn valuable information about how the legal landscape is changing and where things might be trending. I truly appreciated the opportunity to be immersed in an atmosphere of individuals from companies focused on being innovative and forward-thinking in our constantly evolving industry.

Our in-flight beverage service or opening reception was fully booked and received five out of five stars.
Overall, our experience at the trade show was incredibly positive and fruitful. We left feeling energized, inspired, and motivated to continue growing our business and expanding our reach. We eagerly anticipate participating in future trade shows, solidifying our position as a pioneering force in the industry. As we soar towards new heights, we look forward to touching down in Washington, D.C., for next year's LMA Annual Conference.
