Describe your role at InterAction:
I help law firms to create one source of truth via consolidating contact networks and applying associated relationship intelligence.
What does your typical day look like?
My days are a mix of conversations, problem-solving, and helping clients navigate their CRM journey. I focus on what really matters and try to make every interaction count.
How did you come to join the InterAction team and how long have you been on the team?
I joined November of 2024, drawn by a team that’s sharp, supportive, and genuinely wants to help clients succeed.
What trends are disrupting law firms' work today?
Law firms are now building strategies that put people at the center of how they use data and AI. The real shift is about empowering teams to turn information and AI-driven insights into smarter collaboration, stronger relationships, and better decisions—making technology work for people, not the other way around.
What is the best part of your job?
It’s the conversations with customers—listening to their challenges, sharing ideas, and helping them find practical solutions. There’s nothing better than knowing I’ve made someone’s day a little easier or helped them move forward.

What is your most beloved legal term?
“Good faith” is a personal favorite of mine. It’s about honesty, trust, and giving people the benefit of the doubt—values that matter just as much in everyday life as they do in the legal world.

Honestly, I’ve always loved sales—it’s where I feel at home. I get to connect with people, solve real problems, and make a difference every day. I can’t really imagine doing anything else.

I secretly judge people by their spice tolerance—if you can handle my hottest homemade sauce, you’ve earned my respect!
