New Enhancements

Enhanced SEC Filings Search Experience
Search for filings with greater ease and efficiency with the new, streamlined design of the SEC Filings Search Page. Keeping pace with the evolving securities and regulatory landscape can be a difficult task. The Corporate Counsel Report is a bi-weekly compilation of timely, substantive, interesting and relevant information for in-house counsel and corporate lawyers who support them. The newsletter will focus on current trends and hot topics from the previous two weeks in the areas of securities, M&A, and corporate governance. This newsletter will typically have four sections:

  1. Top Stories is a narrative of the top issues of the previous two weeks, with links throughout to outside news sources and Lexis Securities Mosaic.
  2. Law Firm Insights is a short blog posting that summarizes pertinent law firm memos.
  3. Notable No-Action Letters is also a short blog posting that summarizes pertinent no-action letters with particular focus on shareholder proposal issues.
  4. Quick Hits are compliance requirements, agency investigations, enforcement actions, and noteworthy M&A activity.
