Communication

Lexis® Instruct ensures direct, efficient and secure communication.

About Lexis Instruct

Lexis Instruct is a secure, web based, out-of-the-box attorney instruction and pipeline management solution. It enables instructing parties, such as Banks and Attorneys, to create matters, and to send and receive instructions about transfers and cancellations. Communication between the parties using Lexis Instruct is facilitated by a messaging service called Lexis Gateway. Instructions and messages which are sent using Lexis Instruct are imported directly into the Attorney’s conveyancing program, from where the Attorney will draft the necessary documentation.

As Attorneys are required to regularly update the progress of the matter according to the institution’s workflow, they are also in a position to update other stakeholders such as the mortgagor, estate agent and mortgage originator as to the status of the transaction. This electronic workflow solution therefore ensures that the communication flow between stakeholders is direct, efficient and secure.
