Librarian Relations Consultant Tip: How to Retrieve All Documents from a Single Source

Get documents allows you to retrieve all the documents from a single source in one action, for example, if you don’t have a key term, but you know the article is about a country in South America or related to the economy, and it is from a recent issue. There is an easy way to retrieve all the documents from a single source. Access the Browse Sources tool from the global navigation bar, search for the source you need, in this case, The Economist. Click the pull-down menu to the far right. The first choice is Get documents. Select this action:

The articles returned are in reverse chronological order, with the most recent ones first. You can scroll through to see if you recognize the article you need, or you can use the filters on the left to refine results from this one source.
