A. Review the top citing reference for your case’s treatment—no added charge! Just click the Reason for Shepard’s Signal™? link in a full-text case. Without leaving the case, a new window displays showing the citing reference that had the strongest influence on the Shepard’s Signal analysis. You’ll quickly know why the Shepard’s Signal indicator was assigned. (Click the X in the top-right corner to close this window.)
B. Review the top citing reference in context. Place your cursor on the top reference; the text turns red. Click to move to that top reference in the full-text citing case, highlighted for quick review. To exit the citing case, click your back browser button in the top-left corner of the screen.
C. Move to your cited case’s headnotes—either the headnotes cited or all case headnotes.
D. Review other citing cases that contributed to the Shepard’s Signal indicator for your case.
