Capital Markets has delivered a variety of new content across expert forms, practice notes and checklists in January December. International Q&A coverage has been significantly beefed up with new Getting the Deal Through content comprising of Corporate Governance and Directors Duties, Fund Management, Initial Public Offerings and Islamic Finance topics. Newly added practical guidance includes new forms to the Initial Public Offering topic (16) and Corporate Governance topics (12). The Commercial Transactions module has expanded its Business Insurance topic by adding a new practice note and accompanying form covering Employment Practices Liability (EPL) insurance. Corporate and M&A
The Corporate and M&A module has expanded its coverage to include Private Equity. The new Private Equity topic covers fund formation and operation, regulatory, tax and ERISA issues relating to investment funds, marketing of private funds, private equity investments, financing, exit strategies, fund reviews and limited partner negotiations, and crowdfunding. The topic offers a wealth of practice notes authored by outside contributors from firms such as White & Case, Schulte Roth & Zabel, K&L Gates and Kaye Scholer, among others. The Real Estate module recently launched a Corporate Transactions topic. The new topic provides practical guidance and forms for real estate attorneys working on M&A transactions involving at least one real estate asset. Additional expert content will be added to the topic in coming months. The Real Estate module also continues to expand its jurisdictional content. Jurisdictional forms and practice notes on a variety of topics were recently added for New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Georgia.
