Decisions upholding Army Corps of Engineers' Clean Water Act jurisdiction over dredging and filling wetlands with hydrological connections to adjacent navigable waters were vacated and remanded, as "the waters of the United States" included only relatively permanent, standing or continuously flowing bodies of water forming geographic features.
