New Jersey Federal Judge Dismisses All But 2 Claims In Reimbursement Dispute

NEWARK, N.J. - A New Jersey federal judge in a Sept. 23 unpublished opinion dismissed all but two claims from a proposed class action lawsuit accusing a health insurer of making wrongful reimbursement for out-of-network medical services, leaving claims for unpaid benefits and breach of fiduciary duty (Cathleen McDonough v.
