SOUTH BEND, Ind. - An Indiana federal judge on April 1 granted a construction company's motion for a preliminary injunction in its case challenging a provision in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) mandating that all health plans provide preventive services for free, including those for birth control after the defendants indicated that they no longer opposed the motion (Tonn and Blank Construction v. v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 12-325, N.D. Ind.; See 1/23/13, Page 10).
