"Due to EOIR’s continuing evaluation of information from local, regional, state, and federal officials regarding the coronavirus pandemic, the agency is postponing non-detained hearings nationwide. As a result, the following immigration court locations are closed:
• Atlanta-W. Peachtree Street• Charlotte• Houston-S. Gessner Road• Louisville• Memphis• New York City-Broadway• New York City-Federal Plaza• Newark• Sacramento
These postponements and closures are effective March 18, 2020, through April 10, 2020. Detained cases will be heard as scheduled.
Further, Los Angeles – Olive Street Immigration Court is closed, effective March 18, 2020. Please check our website for updates, including information about emergency filings for cases assigned to an immigration court that is temporarily closed."
