"The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is proposing to amend its regulations to require petitioners seeking to file H–1B cap-subject petitions to pay a $10 fee for each registration they submit to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for the H–1B cap selection process. DATES: Written comments must be submitted on this rule on or before October 4, 2019. Comments on the Paperwork Reduction Act section of this rule (the information collections discussed therein) must be received on or before November 4, 2019."
