BOSTON - Rather than address the jurisdictional grounds for a midwife's motion to dismiss a lawsuit over a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice, a Massachusetts federal judge on April 10 found the case to be ripe for dismissal due to "the apparent inadequacy of $(the$) complaint" (Amy Tuteur, M.D. v. Gina Crosley-Corcoran, No. 1:13-cv-10159, D. Mass.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 51606).
