Indiana Judge Won't Dismiss Trademark Case

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Finding that a trademark infringement plaintiff has "clearly made at least a prima facie showing" that personal jurisdiction can be exercised over four defendants, an Indiana federal judge on April 24 denied dismissal (1st Source Bank v.
