Texas Judge Stays Action Against Ship Owner, Pending Arbitration In Philippines

HOUSTON - After finding that a ship worker failed to show why his claim against his employer was not subject to an international arbitration clause in his contract, a Texas federal judge stayed an action filed by him in favor of arbitration in the Philippines (Bienvenido Mosqueda Jr. v.
