Justice Finds Dispute Over Turkish Restaurant Shares Must Be Arbitrated

BROOKLYN, NY - A New York justice on Sept. 14 found that all disputes related to a shareholders' agreement for the operation of a restaurant in Turkey were governed by an arbitration agreement between the parties and ordered the parties to proceed to arbitration in the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) (Boz Export & Import Inc., d/b/a Masal Cafe, et al. v Selahattin Karakus, No. 8738/11, N.Y.
