GREENBELT, Md. - A Maryland federal judge on Feb. 12 denied a law firm's motion to amend its complaint against a man it represented in a London arbitration action, finding that an amendment would further delay the case and prejudice the defendant (Speechly Bircham LLP, et al. v. Ekram J. Miller, No. 8:10-cv-03041, D. Md.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 21003).
