Judge: Tribunal Properly Applied New York Law In Arbitration

NEW YORK - A New York federal judge on March 4 denied a petition to vacate and granted a motion to confirm an arbitration award, finding that a tribunal did not err when it applied New York law to an investment dispute and when it refused to allow an investment authority to submit certain documents (Abu Dhabi Investment Authority v. Citigroup Inc., No. 12-283, S.D. N.Y.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 30214).
