LN Commemorates 100th Release Of Texas Litigation Guide: Download The Free Excerpt

LexisNexis recently celebrated the 100th product release for Texas Litigation Guide, marking more than 32 years that LexisNexis and Matthew Bender have been providing this important resource for Texas litigation attorneys.

Aileen Stirling, RLS VP for analytical content, presents Professor William V. Dorsaneo with a commemorative crystal vase marking the 100th release of the Texas Litigation Guide.

Members of our Texas Content Development, RLS Product Planning, Marketing, and Sales teams travelled to Dallas for a special presentation and reception, sponsored by LexisNexis, to celebrate this milestone and to congratulate the Guide's principal author, Professor William V. Dorsaneo, who is a prominent member of the faculty at Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law.  Professor Dorsaneo, with members of Matthew Bender's editorial staff, first conceived and launched the publication in 1978 and has remained actively involved in guiding the product vision and editing the updates (four per year) ever since.

The event was hosted at the Dedman School of Law, which generously provided the facilities, and was attended by members of the law school faculty and other prominent members of the Dallas legal community.  Law school dean John P. Attanasio made opening remarks, followed by Director of Content Development Serena Wellen, who spoke about the history of the Guide and its significance to LexisNexis and Matthew Bender over the years.  Then Aileen Stirling, RLS VP for analytical content, introduced Professor Dorsaneo to the gathering and presented him with a commemorative crystal vase marking the 100th release.  We look forward to many more years of working with Professor Dorsaneo on the Texas Litigation Guide.
