He will focus on all aspects of securities litigation and regulatory enforcement. Tyukody specializes in defending underwriters, issuers and individual officers and directors in securities class actions, derivative cases, M&A cases and SEC proceedings. He counsels the audit committees or special committees of Fortune 500 companies conducting special investigations, and provides securities advice to numerous companies, including those considering or intending to go public.
Tyukody received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Duke University and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School where he was associate editor of The University of Chicago Law Review.
