16th Edition Of Collier On Bankruptcy Released

The just-released first two volumes of Collier on Bankruptcy, 16th Edition include many of the features familiar to Collier subscribers in addition to customer-requested enhancements, such as deeper coverage of circuit splits, fuller circuit representation within citations, and the addition of new topical materials, such as employee benefits and executive compensation, corporate governance and partnership issues in bankruptcies. The new edition will be completed over a three-year period, allowing for coverage of any changes in the law that occur during that time. With commercial and consumer bankruptcy filings up by more than 30 percent in 2009, bankruptcy has become an increasingly important part of many firms’ businesses.
