NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana appeals court on March 7 reversed a summary judgment ruling in favor of a condominium owner who allegedly failed to repair storm damage that resulted in water and mold issues in an adjoining condo, finding that he failed to present any evidence that the damage was covered under the condo association's insurance policy (Pamela Hatheway Person, et al. v. 2434 St. Charles Avenue Condominium Association, et al., No. 2011-CA-1097, La. App., 5th Cir.; 2012 La. App. LEXIS 284).
