MARKHAM, Ill. - An Illinois appeals court on March 9 affirmed a trial court's decision to deny a motion to amend filed by a former employee at a law firm who sought to add a claim for spoliation of mold evidence, finding that her request was not timely (Simonetti Samuels v. Tishman Speyer Properties Inc., et al., No. 1-10-2120, Ill. App., 1st Dist., 6th Div.; 2012 IL App. $(1st$) 102120U).
