LOS ANGELES - A federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, Western Division, on March 9 affirmed an administrative order denying payment to a durable medical supply company for lack of sufficient documentation as to the medical necessity of such supplies (Gordian Medical Inc. v. Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health & Human Services, No. 8:10cv01202, C.D. Calif., Western Div.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 31987).
