Kentucky Federal Judge Rejects Settlement In Unpaid Bonus Class Suit

PADUCAH, Ky. - A Kentucky federal judge on March 12 denied a motion for approval of a $90,000 settlement in a dispute over unpaid retention bonuses after finding that the interests of all class members were not adequately represented (Kenneth Callender, et al. v. Coastal International Security, Inc., et al., No. 10-220, W.D. Ky.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 32692).
