Louisiana Federal Judge Dismisses Opt-In Plaintiffs In Wage-And-Hour Complaint

NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana federal judge on March 13 granted a motion to dismiss more than 300 opt-in plaintiffs in a compensation dispute following a denial of class certification (Lonzo J. Clay, et al. v. Huntington Ingalls, Inc., No. 09-7625, E.D. La.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 33195).
