CHICAGO - A federal judge in Illinois on March 14 granted in part and denied in part motions for summary judgment filed by plaintiffs and defendants in a suit in which the plaintiffs seek rescission of loans and statutory damages under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) (Iroanyah, et al v. Bank of America, N.A., et al., No.09-00094, N.D. Ill.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 34011).
