Illinois Appeals Panel: No Evidence Defendants Had Notice Of Wet Floor

CHICAGO - The First District Illinois Appellate Court on March 16 affirmed summary judgment for two defendants in a premises liability action, concluding that the plaintiff failed to show that the defendants had constructive notice of a wet substance on the property's floor (Suzanna Ishoo v. General Growth Properties Inc., et al., No. 1-11-0919, Ill. App., 1st Dist.; 2012 Ill. App. LEXIS 181).
