7th Circuit: Challenged Union Election Ballot Was Clear And Unambiguous

CHICAGO - The Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on March 19 upheld a National Labor Relations Board ruling, finding that a challenged union election ballot that had marks in the boxes for both unions was clear and unambiguous (Ruan Transport Corporation v. National Labor Relations Board, Nos. 11-1883 & 11-2058, 7th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 5637).
